Established in 1997 in Izmir, the foundations of Özgörkey Holding A.Ş. is based on the industrial investments initiated by Nevzat Özgörkey in the 1960s, which are still among the leading companies in the country.
During this period, Özgörkey has become one of the co-founders of Ege Biracılık, which then merged under Anadolu Efes, and has established Coca-Cola franchising operations in Turkey and Romania. As of today, Özgörkey Holding operations are organized along four pillars, including Agriculture, Packaging, Real Estate and Securities. The company is also an investor in the Coca-Cola Icecek A.Ş. (CCI), which is the sixth largest bottler in the Coca-Cola system in terms of sales volume with 10,000 employees in 11 countries including Turkey.
