Joined Our Forces and Cleaned Gürlek Valley

As Team Özgörkey volunteers, we are aware of the care we need to show to our environment and we take responsibility for this at every opportunity.

In order to leave a more livable world for future generations, we organize nature walks and environmental cleanups to raise environmental awareness and make this a lasting habit. During our walk to the Gürlek Valley, we collected the trash that was littering the environment at random, reminding the picnickers in the valley to take their trash with them when they leave.

On a beautiful Sunday morning we went for a walk together and it was really great acting as a team and joining hands for a common cause. We expect more team members to join us in our future events and we would like to thank Ahmet Parlak, Aysun Kürek, Bayram Tomruk, Burak Arzık, Çağrı Yumşak, Cansev Uzun, Demet Çağlar, Ferdi Kızık, Feyza Çalışkan, Habip Türker Şentürk, Hacı Ali Akgül, Murat Yücebaş, Nefise Kurt, Nurettin Genel, Özgü Genç, Selma Asabi, Yağmur Sena Akgül and Yelda Zoral Yücebaş for their participation.

Let us not forget that the Earth is our home and it is the responsibility of each and every one of us to take good care of it. We have to act together to reduce human destruction of nature and our impact on the environment.
