We Discussed Ways to Empower Women Employees

Recognizing that a society in which women are empowered is also a society that is economically, socially and culturally empowered, we have come together with the female employees of our companies within the holding company on "Empowering Female Employees," an important pillar of our sustainability efforts. In the meeting held on 15th of June, we discussed about our current work conditions, things we are satisfied with and those we expect to be improved. We noted down our opinions and assessments for further review and assessment.
